it’s called speak #truth lies
It’s about figuring out how to get free from stuff that was weighing me down. When I saw how the past impacts our future, I wanted to write down everything I remember from my past. Journaling has been like the air I breathe since the days of lock & keys diaries – remember those? It was fascinating to discover that, by reframing the narrative voice of my story it can transform my future. This discovery was a game changer for me.
